ROLE WITHIN

THE ACADEMY

COMPETITION &

STUDENT

ACHIEVEMENTS

Under her direction, students of Fajnorova Ballet Academy achieve high-level placements at national and international ballet competitions.

Her students have received multiple first-place awards and special jury recognitions at professional competitions, including:

• VIBE International Dance Competition
• Czech Republic Ballet Competitions

Dagmara Fajnorová is known for her selective, quality-based coaching approach.
She prepares dancers for competitions only after full structural, technical and artistic readiness has been achieved, prioritising long-term professional development over short-term results.

EDUCATION &

METHODOLOGICAL

LINEAGE

Dagmara Fajnorová is a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (Vysoká škola múzických umení, Slovakia), specialised in Classical Ballet Pedagogy and Didactics for Professional Dance Conservatoires.

Her education is firmly rooted in the Vaganova classical methodology and academic conservatoire pedagogy.

Her professional focus is directed toward:

• long-term technical body reconstruction
• postural architecture and classical verticality
• turnout mechanics and lower limb stability
• injury-preventive preparation
• growth-sensitive dancer development
• conservatoire-level technical structuring

Her pedagogical work is dedicated to forming technically sound, artistically intelligent and physically prepared dancers capable of sustaining professional careers.

PROFESSIONAL

PRACTICE &

COMPETITIONS

Dagmara Fajnorová enters professional competitions exclusively with dancers prepared to meet elite technical and artistic standards.

Her coaching is based on long-term individual planning, structural progression and full technical clarity, ensuring that competition participation remains an extension of professional development rather than a short-term objective.

She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Fajnorova Ballet Academy, a selective Pre-Professional Ballet Training Base currently serving as the training home of a Royal Ballet School Semifinalist.

Her work is dedicated to conservatoire-level preparation, international academy placement and long-term professional career development.

In 2019, Dagmara Fajnorová created and produced the full-length original classical ballet fairy-tale production:

“The Christmas Enchanted Journey”

The production was presented at major Slovak theatre stages, including:

• Slovak National Theatre (SND)
• New Stage Theatre (Nová scéna)
• DPOH Bratislava

The production was successfully performed over three consecutive seasons.

She was the sole creator of the project — author of the story and texts, choreographer, voice-over artist, musical dramaturge and visual concept coordinator — establishing a complete independent production structure from artistic concept to stage realisation.

Her creative work reflects a deep integration of classical narrative dramaturgy, musical interpretation and long-term dancer formation.
