Our coaching begins with an individual assessment.

This allows us to understand the dancer's current technical level, movement organisation, artistic potential and long-term objectives.

Because our coaching is highly individual, we work only with dancers for whom we believe we can create significant professional progress.

Following the assessment, we will recommend either:

- admission to our long-term coaching programme,

- a short-term development plan,

- or, if appropriate, another direction better suited to the dancer's current stage.
